Bill is a graduate of Kaw Area Technical School and has over 35 years experience in the Mechanical, Heating, and Air Conditioning industry. Among Bill's vast resume, for the past 12 years he has been the owner / operator of Smalley Heating and Cooling and a member of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society for a number of years.
As a part of Bill's business, he as become the local expert on wind energy and has a solid background in field of alternative and renewable energy. His achievements include designing a portable emergency solar unit and he holds two U.S. patents for a tire inflation device.
